| 2 | Remove screw/bolts (9) of left connecting flange (11) from outwards inwards | ||
| 3 | Remove left connecting flange (11) upwards | ||
| 4 | Protect intake ports of the left and right cylinder head with clean rags against soiling and foreign objects | ||
| 5 | Remove sealant residues on left connecting flange (11) and on left cylinder head | The sealing surfaces on the left connecting flange (11) and on the left cylinder head must not have any foreign objects, scratches or grooves. Non-observance leads to leakage between the left connecting flange (11) and left cylinder head. Do not use any sharp-edged tools or abrasive paper. The sealing surfaces can get damaged otherwise. Loctite 7200 |
