Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove fan unit. | AR20.40-P-5050MSA | |
| 2 | Remove coolant hoses (2, 3) from cooler (1) and seal openings with suitable protective covers. | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |

| 3 | Remove air duct segment under radiator (1). | ||
| 4 | Remove screws (4). | ||
| 5 | Pull radiator (1) at bottom towards rear, pull out upwards from radiator mounting brackets (5) and remove radiator (1). | ||
| 6 | Install in the reverse order. |
