	Remove/install
1	Remove upper Engine cover	: Only install upper Engine cover after the leak test.
2	Remove lower front center, center and rear Engine compartment paneling	: Only install front center, center and rear Engine compartment paneling after the leak test.	AR61.20-P-1105LWE
3	Drain off coolant of Engine cooling system		AR20.00-P-1142OLC
4	Remove right air filter housing		AR09.10-P-1152MND
5	Remove right catalytic converter	Engine 276.823 in model 213, 238	AR49.10-P-5503MND
6	Remove inerting system line from heat shield (3) and place to one side	Engine 276.8 in model 213, 238 with code 2U8 (Alternative refrigerant)	AR86.10-P-0419LWE
7	Remove heat shield (5)		AR15.12-P-2184MND
		Screw/bolt, heat shield of knock sensor to crankcase/ Engine support/bracket	*BA15.10-P-1002-02B
8	Remove screw/bolt (6)	Bolt, coolant feed/return line to turbocharger	*BA09.40-P-1008-01W
9	Remove screws/bolts (7, 8)	Engine 276.823 in model 213, 238 Bolt, coolant feed line to crankcase	*BA09.40-P-1009-01W
		Bolt for coolant line attachment	*BA09.40-P-1010-01W
10.1	Remove coolant line feed line (1) on exhaust gas recirculation valve and remove upwards; seal openings with suitable stop plugs	Engine 276.853 in model 213 : Replace sealing ring.	AR14.20-P-0003MND

10.2	Remove coolant line feed line (1) and close off openings using suitable stop plugs.	Engine 276.823 in model 213, 238 : Install new sealing rings. Record plug	Fig 1
11	Install in the reverse order
	Check
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when Engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the Engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear buttoned-up and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
12	Carry out Engine test run, checking the Engine for leaktightness and proper operation
13	Install upper Engine cover
14	Install lower front center, center and rear Engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105LWE
