Cut Off Waistline Reinforcement For Rear Fender - Ar63.50-P-0003-01LWA

Model 238.4 

The following operation steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle. This must be similarly performed for damage to the right side of the vehicle.

1. Expose spot welds on beltline reinforcement (1) and cut off (area A).
2. Remove beltline reinforcement (1).

3. Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in cross-hatched areas on both sides.
4. Remove grinding dust and chips from drilling.
5. Apply zinc dust paint to insides of spot weld flanges.
