	Injury hazard from pinching and crushing, in extreme cases extremities can even be cut off when caught in windshield wiper mechanism.	When working on the windshield wiper mechanism, always switch off the ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (at least 2 m).	AS82.30-Z-0001-01A

	Check
1	Move windshield wiper system to parked position
2	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m)
3	Manually move windshield wiper system to reversing position	Do not move the windshield wiper system beyond the reversing position.
4	Remove wiper blades	When working on the driver-side wiper arm (1) or passenger-side wiper arm (2), ensure that it does not fall on the windshield. Otherwise windshield will be damaged.
5	Clean wiper blade fixtures on driver-side wiper arm (1) and passenger-side wiper arm (2) using a clean cloth
6	Check the angle of incidence of the driver-side wiper arm (1) and passenger-side wiper arm (2) to the windshield	When switching from the reversing position to the parking position, ensure that the wiper arms do not touch the windshield. Otherwise windshield will be damaged.	AR82.30-P-6000-01LW

7	Put the angle of incidence of the driver-side wiper arm (1) or passenger-side wiper arm (2) to the parking position	If the test values deviate from the tolerance range in the reversing position or in the parked and reversing position. Distort driver-side wiper arm (1) or passenger-side wiper arm (2) by at least the value of the tolerance deviation in reversing position.	AR82.30-P-6100-01LW
