	Remove/install
1	Remove air intake pipe.	: Only install upper engine cover after the leak test.	AR09.10-P-8131MRH
2	Release electrical connections (5) and disconnect.	Engine 264 in model 213, 238, 257 with code 460 (Canada version) Engine 264 in model 213, 238, 257 with code 494 (US version) Engine 264 in model 213, 238, 257 with code 835 (South Korea version) Engine 264 in model 213, 238, 257 with code 945 (China Stage 6 exhaust treatment)
	Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge		AH54.00-P-0001-01A
3	Remove screws (2).	Screw, full load vent line to timing case cover	*BA01.20-P-1008-03B
		Screw, full load vent line to exhaust gas turbocharger	*BA01.20-P-1007-03B
4	Remove wide open throttle bleed line (1) from timing case cover (3).	: Replace O-ring.
5	Detach wide open throttle bleed line (1) from exhaust gas turbocharger (4) and remove.	: Replace O-ring.
6	Install in the reverse order.
	Risk of burn injuries  , suffocation and poisoning when working on the exhaust system and the components connected to it. Risk of suffocation and risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning  caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust.	Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. Use the extraction system. Move people out of the hazard area.	AS49.00-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
7	Carry out engine test run and check engine for proper leak-tightness and leak-tightness.
8	Install upper engine cover.		AR01.10-P-2405MRH
