Remove/Install Radiator - AR20.20-P-3865MSA

	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A

	Remove/install
1	Remove fan unit.		AR20.40-P-5050MSA
2	Remove coolant hoses (2, 3) from cooler (1) and seal openings with suitable protective covers.		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
		Set of protective covers	Fig 1
3	Remove air duct segment under radiator (1).
4	Remove screws/bolts (4).
5	Pull radiator (1) at bottom towards rear, pull out upwards from radiator mounting brackets (5) and remove radiator (1).	Aid of helper required.
6	Install in the reverse order.
