The following operation steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle on model 205.0. In case of damage on the right side of the vehicle, these steps must be performed analogously.

Safety information in superordinate customer service information must be observed.
- Install main floor (1), fit and fix in place.
- Drill rivet holes on the main floor (1) from the bottom with a diameter of 6.5 mm through present holes in the body (area A).
- Install bottom longitudinal member, fit and fix in place.
- Drill rivet holes on the main floor (1) and bottom longitudinal member with a diameter of 6.7 mm (area A, B1
, C).
Drill rivet holes through present holes in main floor (1) (area A).
Drill rivet holes through present holes in body (areas C).
- Model 205
Drill rivet holes on main floor (1) with a diameter of 6.7 mm (area B2 ).
- Mark position of rivet holes on main floor (1).

- Drill rivet holes on the main floor (1) with a diameter of 6.7 mm (area N1

).
Drill rivet holes at the previously marked positions (area N1 ).
- Drill rivet holes on the bottom longitudinal member (6) with a diameter of 6.7 mm (area N3 ).
- Remove main floor (1) and bottom longitudinal member (6).
- Deburr rivet holes on main floor (1), bottom longitudinal member (6) and body on both sides.
- Remove drilling chips.
- Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.
Do not coat insides of riveted joints, to which 2-component adhesive is to be applied, with zinc dust paint.
Otherwise adhesion problems may occur.
- Apply 2-component adhesive to body in crosshatched areas.
Apply 2-component adhesive at bottom (area O).
Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.
- Apply 2-component adhesive to lower longitudinal member (6) in cross-hatched areas.
Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.
- Install main floor (1) and bottom longitudinal member and fix in place.
- Drill main floor (1) and bottom longitudinal member with rivets with a diameter of 6.4 x 12 (area P1 , P4 ).
- Model 205
Rivet main floor (1) with rivets with a diameter of 6.4 x 12 (area P3 ).
- Drill main floor (1) by one panel thickness with a diameter of 7 mm (area P2 ).
- Main floor (1)

- Rivet main floor (1) with Ø 6.4x12 rivet (area Q1 ).
- Rivet main floor (1) with rivets with a diameter of 6.5 x 12.5 (area Q2
).
- Rivet bottom longitudinal member (6) with rivets with a diameter of 6.5 x 12.5 (area R).
- Install front seat crossmember (3) and rear front seat crossmember (4), align and fix in place.
- Model 205
Install, fit and fix in place reinforcement (5).

- Drill rivet holes on front seat front crossmember (3), front seat rear crossmember (4), and reinforcement (5) with a diameter of 6.7 mm (area S1 , S2 ).

Drill rivet holes on front seat front crossmember (3), front seat rear crossmember (4), and reinforcement (5) with a diameter of 6.7 mm (area T,).

- Remove front front seat crossmember (3) and rear front seat crossmember (4).

Remove reinforcement (5).
- Deburr rivet holes on front front seat crossmember (3), rear front seat crossmember (4) and body on both sides.

Deburr rivet holes on reinforcement (5) and body on both sides.
- Remove drilling chips.
- Coat with zinc dust paint insides of those riveted joints that will not be bonded.

Apply 2-component adhesive to reinforcement (5) in area of connecting flange to rear-end floor.
Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.
- Install front front seat crossmember (3) and rear front seat crossmember (4) and fix in place.

- Rivet front seat front crossmember (3), front seat rear crossmember (4), reinforcement (5), and bottom longitudinal member with rivets with a diameter of 6.5 x 12.5 (area U1 , U2 ).

- Remove connecting carrier.
- Deburr rivet holes on connecting carrier and body on both sides.
- Remove drilling chips.
- Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.
Do not coat insides of riveted joints, to which 2-component adhesive is to be applied, with zinc dust paint.

- Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.
- Fit and fix in place mounting support (8).
- Rivet mounting support (8) and main floor from underneath with rivets 0 6.5x12.5 (area J).
