| 1 | Remove floor covering at front on front passenger side. | AR68.80-P-0008FR | |
| 2 | Unscrew nuts (2). | ||
| 3 | Remove footrest (1). | ||
| 4 | Disconnect electrical connection (4). | ||
| 5 | Unscrew nuts (3). | ||
| 6 | Place holder (5) with control units and attached electric lines to one side. | ||
| 7 | Unscrew nuts (6). | ||
| 8 | Unclip holder (7). | Model 257, 290 with code B01 (48V technology) |

| 9 | Release and remove front footrest bass speaker (H4/42, H4/43). | Fig 1 | |
| 10 | Install in the reverse order. |
