Do not use a pneumatic tool to remove/screw in screws (1 - 3). Housing of fuel high-pressure pump or crankcase will otherwise be damaged.
Comply with listed tightening sequence.
Leaks and damage to housing of fuel high-pressure pump will otherwise occur.
Release screws (1 - 3) in reverse order to tightening sequence.
- Tighten screws (1 - 3) in numerical order to stage 1.
- Tighten screws (1 - 3) in numerical order to stage 2.
- Tighten screws (1 - 3) in numerical order to stage 3.
