- Free of anticorrosion agents
- Free of machining residue
- Dry
- Oil and grease-free
- Dust-free
- The sealing surface must be flat (replace bent components)
- The sealant bead must not be interrupted during application.
- The sealant bead must not be spread.
- Assembly part temperature: min. +7°C to max. +25°C
- Sealant temperature: min. +7°C to max. +25°C
- Maximum assembly time: 7 minutes

Apply sealant as shown in the form of a bead with a height and width of 1.5 mm + 0.5 mm.
