| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove upper engine cover. | AR01.10-P-2405MSA | |
| 2 | Remove front noise insulation. | ||
| 3 | Remove engine wiring harness (3) and line clips (A) from oil separator (1) and place to one side. | ||
| 4 | Remove full load bleed line (2) from oil separator (1) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs. | Fig 2 | |

| 6 | Remove oil separator (1) and seal openings with a lint-free rag. | ||
| 7 | Remove adhesive label (6). | When installing a new oil separator (1). | |
| Clean | |||
| 8 | Clean sealing surfaces. | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
| Check | |||
| 10 | Check engine oil level and correct. | ||
