Remove/Install Check Valve On Charge Air Line - AR09.41-P-8970MSA

	Remove/install
1	Remove engine air intake duct downstream of air filter.		AR09.10-P-8130MSA
2	Remove charge air line from the check valve (4) to the additional compressor.		AR09.41-P-8952MSA
3	Release and disconnect electrical connector (2) at pressure and temperature sensor downstream of exhaust gas turbocharger (28/17).
4	Remove bleed line (3) from check valve (4).
5	Release screw clamp (5).	Screw clamp, boot to exhaust gas turbocharger	*BA09.41-P-1010-01MRT
6	Remove screw (1).	Screw, check valve to chain case cover	*BA09.41-P-1011-01MRT
7	Detach check valve (4) with boot from the exhaust gas turbocharger and remove upward.
8	Remove boot from check valve (4).	Replace boot. Slide on boot up to end stop. Align marking on boot with arrow on exhaust gas turbocharger.
		Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 l	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
		Screw clamp, boot to exhaust gas turbocharger	*BA09.41-P-1010-01MRT
9	Remove screw (6) and remove pressure and temperature sensor downstream of the exhaust gas turbocharger (B28/17).	When replacing check valve (4).
		Screw, charge air pressure transducer	*BA09.41-P-1008-01MRT
10	Install in the reverse order.
