If soiling (e.g. oil, grease) is present, ↓ clean steel brake disks (1), and replace if necessary. |

If the inner wear bore (13) is visible, ↓ the steel brake disks (1) are OK, the current brake pads can still be used, do not install any more new brake pads onto the steel brake disks (1). If none of the three wear bores are visible, ↓ replace steel brake disks (1). If, in exceptional cases, assessment of the steel brake disks (1) is not possible by means of a visual check, ↓ check steel brake disks (1) for condition. |
