| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove vacuum in BAS brake booster (A7/7) by depressing brake pedal several times. | ||
| 2 | Remove windshield wiper system. | AR82.30-P-0001FR | |
| 3 | Pull vacuum line (1) with check valve (2) out of seal (3) of BAS brake booster (A7/7). | In the event of a problem, ↓ replace seal (3). |

| 4 | Disconnect vacuum line (1) at the connecting point (4). | ||
| 5 | Unclip cable duct (5) from bulkhead (6). | ||
| 6 | Unhook vacuum line (1) from bulkhead (6) (arrows) and remove to the right with the cable duct (5). | Do not kink the vacuum line (1). The vacuum line (1) will otherwise be damaged. |

| 7 | Remove cable duct (5) from vacuum line (1). | When replacing the vacuum line (1). | |
| 8 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
| Check | |||
| 9 | Perform brake test on test stand. | ||
