Remove/Install Fuse Box In Vehicle Interior On Front Passenger Side - AR54.15-P-1312MFA

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Detach ground line of on-board electrical system battery.   AR54.10-P-0003MFA 
2 Remove right front door sill.   AR68.30-P-4101MFA
3 Fold back the front passenger side floor covering until the holder (4) is accessible.    
4 Remove nut (1). TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 118, 177, 247
Nut, positive line to fuse and relay module in vehicle interior
*BA54.15-P-1003-01M 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 243
Nut, positive line to vehicle interior pre-fuse box
*BA54.15-P-1005-02B 
5 Release and disconnect electrical connector (3). IMPORTANT The number of electrical connectors (3) varies depending on the vehicle equipment involved.  
6 Unclip subharness (6) from holder (4). Model 118, 177, 247  
7 Remove nuts (2). TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 243

8 Remove holder (4) from stud bolts far enough until electric lines are accessible. NOTES
Do not crush or kink or subject electric lines to tension.
This will result in damage to the electric lines and can impair their function.
 
9 Release and disconnect electrical connectors from vehicle interior fuse and relay module (F152/4). IMPORTANT The number of electrical connectors varies depending on the vehicle equipment.  
10 Release retaining clips of electric lines from holder (4). If necessary.  
11 Remove bolts (5).    
12 Unclip vehicle interior fuse and relay module (F152/4) at arrows (A).    
13 Disconnect vehicle interior fuse and relay module (F152/4) from holder (4).    
14 Remove nuts (7) and remove vehicle interior fuse and relay module (F152/4). IMPORTANT The number of nuts (7) varies depending on the vehicle equipment involved.

Nut, positive line to fuse and relay module in vehicle interior

    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 243
Nut, positive line to vehicle interior pre-fuse box
*BA54.15-P-1005-02B 
15 Install in the reverse order.
