Prepare Body Flange For Front Fixed Element Of Panoramic Sliding Sunroof For Installation - AR77.21-P-0803-03MFA

with code 413 (Panoramic sliding sunroof/glass roof) 

1. Cut back adhesive bead (1) at body flange (2) using a scraper to a residual height of approx. 1 to 2 mm.
2. Clean residual glue bead with the cleaner.

   

   The cleaner is included in the repair kit.

3. Remove cutting residues from body flange (2).
4. Repair paintwork damage at body flange (2).

   

   Use only primer filler approved by Daimler AG:

   https://xentryportal.i.daimler.com

5. Apply primer in gluing area if glue residues are not present.

   Apply primer only after primer has dried.

   Otherwise the strength of the adhesive connection can be impaired and proper adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured.

   

   The primer is included in the repair kit.
