Prepare Panoramic Sliding Roof Frame Body Flange For Installation - AR77.21-P-0801-03MFA

with code 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) 

1. Cut down adhesive beads (1) on body flange (2) to a remaining height of approx. 1 to 2 mm using a scraper.
2. Remove cutting residues from body flange (2).
3. Repair paint damage on body flange (2).

   

   Use only primer filler approved by Daimler AG:

   https://xentryportal.i.daimler.com

4. Clean adhesive beads (1) on body flange (2).

   

   The cleaner is included in the repair kit.

5. Apply activator to body flange (2).

   Apply activator only after drying has dried.

   Otherwise the strength of the adhesively bonded connection can be impaired and the required adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured.

   

   The activator is included in the repair kit.
