| 1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m). | ||

| 3 | Unclip trim from the A-pillar (1) in the top area and pivot slightly at the top toward the inside. | Fig 2 | |
| 4 | Guide trim on the A-pillar (1) toward the top out of the instrument panel until the electrical connectors are accessible. | ||
