	Remove
1	Remove head restraint.	Model 205.0/1/2/3 Model 213.0/2 Model 253.9, 293	AR91.16-P-1770LW
		Model 238.3 Model 253.3	AR91.16-P-1770LWX
2	Operate both catch hooks (3) on the head restraint guide at the right (1), as shown, using a screwdriver (4) and pull out head restraint guide at right (1) upwards.	Replace right head restraint guide (1).
3	Operate both catch hooks (3) on the head restraint guide at the left (2), as shown, using a screwdriver (4) and pull out head restraint guide at left (2) upwards.	Replace left head restraint guide (2).
	Install
4	Insert new head restraint guide at right (1) and new head restraint guide at left (2) from above into seat backrest and latch into place.	Ensure bulb is correctly installed.
5	Install head restraint.	Model 205.0/1/2/3 Model 213.0/2 Model 253.9, 293	AR91.16-P-1770LW
		Model 238.3 Model 253.3	AR91.16-P-1770LWX
