	Remove/install
1	Remove center and rear section of lower engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105LW
	Risk of burn injuries and scalding  when working at AdBlue lines and the components attached to them. Risk of injury  to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing AdBlue	Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system. 2	Open clamp and detach AdBlue® metering valve at center exhaust system (6)	Engine 626 in model 205 with code U77 (Diesel Emission control BLUETEC (SCR))

		Bolt, AdBlue® metering valve clamp to exhaust system	*BA14.40-P-1009-02D
3	Detach SCR catalytic converter temperature sensor on center exhaust system (6)	Engine 626 in model 205 with code U77 (Diesel Emission control BLUETEC (SCR))	AR14.40-P-2011OLP
4	Detach NOx sensor downstream of SCR catalytic converter	Engine 626 in model 205 with code U77 (Diesel Emission control BLUETEC (SCR))	AR14.40-P-2060OLP
5	Open clamp (5)	Replace the clamp (5). Clamp, front exhaust system to catalytic converter	*BA49.10-P-1003-02B
6	Remove screws/bolts (8)	Bolt/nut, front exhaust system to bracket	*BA49.10-P-1006-02B
7	Detach center exhaust system (6) on elastomer bearing (11) and secure against falling down
8	Open clamp (10)	Replace clamp (10). Clamp, rear exhaust system to front exhaust system	*BA49.10-P-1004-02B
9	Pull out center exhaust system (6) to the front and remove	Aid of helper required.
	Check
10	Check elastomer bearing (9) for damage	Bolt/nut, front exhaust system to bracket If a problem arises ↓ Replace elastomer bearing (9).	*BA49.10-P-1006-02B
11	Check elastomer bearing (11) for damage	If a problem arises ↓ replace elastomer bearing (11).
12	Remove combustion and corrosion residue at connecting points
13	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
14	Carry out an engine test run and check exhaust system for leaktightness
