| 4 | Turn left or right charge air temperature sensor (2) counterclockwise | ||
| 5 | Disconnect electrical connection (1) from left or right charge air temperature sensor (2) | ||
| 6 | Remove left or right charge air temperature sensor (2) upwards | ||

| 7 | Check sealing ring of left or right charge air temperature sensor (2) for damage | If damage is present ↓ Replace left or right charge air temperature sensor (2) |

| 9 | Connect diagnostic system and read out fault memory | ||
