Partially Prepare Side Wall Reinforcement For Installation - Ar63.20-P-0861-03LWR

Model 205.4 

The following steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage.

1. Mark separating point on side wall (1) and cut (area A).

   Transfer separation point from vehicle.

2. Remove side wall reinforcement (4).
3. Grind mating surfaces on side wall reinforcement (4) down to bare metal in crosshatched areas.
