Remove/Install Front End CROSSMEMBER - Ar62.30-P-2300LWC

CAUTION Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts.
Deburr repair panels.		 AS00.00-Z-0017-01A
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Open engine hood and position upright.    
2 Disconnect engine air intake duct (1) from air duct segment (2). IMPORTANT The number of engine air intake ducts (1) varies depending on the engine.  
3 Remove air duct segment (2). SPECIAL TOOL Clip remover Fig 2
4 Remove screw (5). Model 205 with engine 264

    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Model 205 with engine 264Screw, low-temperature circuit expansion reservoir to crossmember *BA20.20-P-1002-02B 
5 Remove bolts (16).    
6 Pull bumper (17) in upper area towards front until screws (4) can be accessed.    
7 Remove screws/bolts (4). TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, strut to cross member *BA62.30-P-1003-01H 
8 Remove screw/bolts (3). TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, lock striker to cross member/front-module carrier *BA62.30-P-1008-01H 
9 Remove screws (7).    
10 Remove screws (14). TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw, front module carrier/cross strut to body/angle bracket for front module carrier *BA62.30-P-1007-01H 
11 Remove screw/bolts (15).    
12 Remove retaining clips (6).    
13 Release electric line of front 360° camera. Model 205
with code 501 (360° camera) IMPORTANT Do not disconnect electrical connector of front 360° camera.
SPECIAL TOOL Dismantling tool		 Fig 1
14 Remove radiator crossmember (8) upwards from vehicle.    
15 Install in the reverse order

CROSS MEMBER AND FRONT REINFORCEMENT
