Remove/Install Cover On Rear Backrest - AR91.12-P-1800LWR

	Remove/install
1	Remove pivot bearing (1) of seat backrest with rear seat backrest inclination switch		AR91.29-P-1772LW
		The rear backrest inclination switch can remain on the pivot bearing.
2	Unhook cover (2) from seat backrest frame (3) all around	Hook in cover (2) starting at the corners. Press on cover (2) all around the circumference, after hooking it in completely.

3.1	Slip cover (2) over padding (4)	When replacing cover (2) on right backrest. Align seams of cover (2) and position in cut-outs of padding (4).
3.2	Slip cover (2) over padding (4) while guiding it over bearing pin (5)	When replacing cover (2) on left backrest. Carefully guide cover (2) over the bearing pin (5) first. Otherwise, the cover (2) may be damaged. Align seams of cover (2) and position in cut-outs of padding (4).
4	Guide electrical wiring harness of seat heating through the cover (2)	Model 238.4 with code 872 (Heated rear seats)
5	Unclip staple wires (6, 7) from padding (4) starting from the outside working towards the inside	Dismantling tool	Fig 2
6	Remove cover (2) from padding (4)	Align seams of cover (2) and position in cut-outs of padding (4). Cover (2) must be aligned centrally on padding (4).
7	Pull staple wires (7) out of hose straps of cover (2)	When replacing the cover (2). Smooth out hose straps of cover (2).
8	Install in the reverse order
