| 4 | Swivel center console (2) upwards until mounts (arrows A) can be unhooked from bracket (4) | ||

| 6 | Unhook clamping strips of cover (6) from sea cushion frame all around | Fig 1 | |
| 7 | Slip cover (6) over padding (1) | ||
| 8 | Unclip staple wires (7) from retaining clips of padding (1) | Fig 1 | |
| 9 | Pull staple wires (7) out of hose straps of cover (6) | When replacing the cover (6). | |
| Install | |||
| 10 | Insert staple wires (7) into hose straps of new cover (6) and smooth out hose straps | When replacing the cover (6). | |
| 11 | Align seams of cover (6) and position in notches of padding (1) | ||
| 12 | Clip staple wires (7) into retaining clips of padding (1) | Fig 1 | |
| 13 | Slip cover (6) over padding (1) | ||
| 14 | Hook clamping strips of cover (6) into seat cushion frame all around | ||
| 15 | Hook center console (2) into mounts (arrows A) of bracket (4) and swivel downward | ||
| 16 | Tighten bolts (3) | ||
| 17 | Hook in ISOFIX covers (5) with upper brackets and clip in at bottom | ||
| 18 | Install seat cushion in rear | Model 205.3/4 except code 248 (Rear seat with integrated child seat) except code P10 (Taxi package Germany) Model 238 |
