	Remove
1	Remove left or right shoulder cushion		AR91.12-P-1712LWR
2	Press both catch hooks (2) together and at the same time press from above on the corresponding head restraint guide (1) (arrows A)	The catch hooks (2) are accessible via the opening (arrow B).
3	Remove head restraint guide (1) downwards
	Install
4	Insert head restraint guide (1) from below into crossmember and engage	Ensure bulb is correctly installed. For each head restraint, two different head restraint guides (1) are installed. The head restraint guide (1) with a lock must always be installed on the right.
5	Install left or right shoulder cushion		AR91.12-P-1712LWR
