| 1 | Remove upper engine cover | ||
| 2 | Unclip vacuum line (4) from bracket (1) | ||
| 3 | Unlock and pull off vacuum line (4) on vacuum pump (2) | ||
| 4 | Detach bracket (1) from vacuum pump (2) | ||
| 5 | Detach bracket (1) from crash plate | ||
| 6 | Detach vacuum hose (5) from vacuum pump (2 | ||
| 7 | Remove bolts (3) | ||
| 8 | Remove vacuum pump (2) | ||
| 9 | Clean sealing surfaces on vacuum pump (2), cylinder head and cylinder head cover | ||
| Install | |||
| 10 | Position vacuum pump (2) with new seal | ||
| 11 | Screw in screws (3) | *BA43.05-P-1001-01K | |
| 12 | Attach vacuum hose (5) to vacuum pump (2) | ||
| 13 | Secure bracket (1) to crash plate | ||
| 14 | Attach bracket (1) to vacuum pump (2) | ||
| 15 | Connect vacuum line (4) to vacuum pump (2) and lock | ||
| 16 | Clip vacuum line (4) into bracket (1) | ||
