   Guide application nozzle 13 mm (2) along body flange (4) and uniformly apply adhesive material (1).

   Install window (3) within 10 min after applying adhesive (1).

   Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material (1) starts to decrease.

   The height of the adhesive bead must be approx. 13 mm.

2. 1.2 Model 208.3

   Guide application nozzle 16 mm (6) along profile seal (5) on inside of window (3) and uniformly apply adhesive material (1).

   Install window (3) within 10 min after applying adhesive (1).

   Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material (1) starts to decrease.

   The height (b) of the adhesive bead must be approx. 16 mm.

3. 2 Completely press out adhesive material (1) not required and dispose of.

   Use adapter to completely press out 1-component adhesive. Insert between cartridge piston and plate on push rod of cartridge gun.
