	Check
1	Completely open soft top
2	Check gap dimensions (A and B) as shown and transitions of cover (4)	Gap dimension (A) must be the same all locations. Cover (4) must be aligned parallel with soft top compartment cover (6) (gap dimension (B) the same at both locations). Transitions of cover (4) must be level with adjacent components. Feeler gauge	Fig 1
3	Note the locations at which the gap dimensions (A and B) are uneven or the transitions are not level	In case of uneven gaps or non-level transitions.
	Adjust
4	Move soft top to repair position R4		AR77.30-P-1030LWR
5	Cover both rear fenders
6	Loosen jam nut (2), adjust stop with suitable screwdriver (height of header bow (1)) and tighten jam nut (2) again	Adjust header bow (1) so that cover (4) transitions to the adjacent components are level. Observe previously noted locations.
7	Loosen bolts (3), adjust header bow (1) and tighten bolts (3) again	Adjust header bow (1) so that cover (4) is aligned parallel with soft top compartment cover (6) (gap dimension (B) is same at both locations). Ensure that gap dimension (A) also changes during adjustment of gap dimension (B). Observe previously noted locations. 8	Fully open soft top and check settings	Observe previously noted locations. Feeler gauge	Fig 1
9	Unclip cover (4) from header bow (1)	Readjustment required.
10	Loosen bolts (5), adjust header bow (1) and tighten bolts (5) again	Readjustment required. Adjust header bow (1) so that gap dimension (A) is the same at every location. Maintain parallelism of cover (4) to soft top compartment cover (6) (gap dimension (B) same at both locations). Model 205.4 Screw/bolt, header bow to hinge	*BA77.33-P-1004-03A

11	Clip cover (4) into header bow (1)	Readjustment required.
12	Fully close soft top and open again, check gap dimensions (A and B) and transitions of cover (4) again	Feeler gauge In the case of complaints. ↓ Repeat adjustment procedures depending on problem.	Fig 1
