	Risk of injury  when performing check and repair work in area of roll bar	Keep body parts out of the area where the roll bars extend. Do not use the cover in the area of the roll bar as a storage place for objects.	AS91.00-Z-0003-01LCA
	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A

	Preparation
1	Move soft top to repair position R4	Ensure that soft top does not collide with header bows (9) (arrow c). Soft top, header bows (9) or cables (1) can otherwise be damaged. Helper required. If a collision occurs between soft top and header bows (9). ↓ Immediately stop the move soft top to repair position process R4.	AR77.30-P-1030LWR
2	Fold in relevant header bow (9) by hand, secure with cable tie and move soft top to repair position R4	Only in case of collision between soft top and header bows (9).	AR77.30-P-1030LWR
3	Unclip covers (7) and fold to side
	Check
4	Check whether hooks (6) are attached with opening facing toward rear	In case of attached hooks (6) with opening facing forward. ↓ Detach hooks (6) and attach again with opening facing backward.
5	Move soft top to repair position R5		AR77.30-P-1030LWR
6	Check whether felt (2) on right side of vehicle is attached over ground point	Where felt (2) is missing. ↓ Attach felt (2) as chafe protection over ground point. Felt strip	*BR00.45-Z-1183-02A
	Adjust
7	Remove cable tie from relevant header bow (9)	After collision between soft top and header bows (9).
8	Detach nuts (8) from cables (1)
9	Adjust header bows (9) parallel to piston rod (3) by adjusting cables (1)	Cables (1) must be installed in the guides (arrow d). Header bows (9) must be in the direction of travel in front of piston rod (3). Distance of header bow to piston rod for hydraulic cylinder of soft top compartment cover	*BE77.33-P-1001-02B
10	Tighten nuts (8) on cables (1)
11	Press header bows (9) once toward rear and release again	Header bows (9) must be in the direction of travel in front of piston rod (3). In the case of complaints. ↓ Adjust cables (1) again. Distance of header bow to piston rod for hydraulic cylinder of soft top compartment cover	*BE77.33-P-1001-02B
12	Move soft top to repair position R4		AR77.30-P-1030LWR
13	Close covers (7)	Cables (1) must be routed in the guides (arrow b) of covers (7).
14	Close soft top
