1. Connect diagnostic system (1) to diagnostic connector (X11/4) in the driver footwell.

   Even after disconnecting the battery, the vehicle is still powered by the diagnostic device. When working on a de-energized vehicle, the diagnostic device must be disconnected from the vehicle.

2. Start XENTRY.
3. Select the model series in the menu via the path Selection → Brand → Product group → Vehicle.

   The work procedures are menu-assisted.

   Stored faults that may occur as a result of disconnecting lines or from a simulation when testing, must be deleted from the fault memory after completing the work.

4. Disconnect diagnostic system (1).
