INSPECT Check     
1 Check that the accelerator pedal extender is seated securely.    
2 Check that brake pedal extender is seated securely.    
3 Check that the threaded connections at the brackets are seated securely. If the threaded connections are not adequately fastened.
↓
Retighten threaded connections.
