Retrofit Holder For CA Module Card Reader - AZ82.60-P-0032-02LWR

Model 205.4 

1. Mask off area for mounting bracket for CA Module Card reader on trunk recess trim (2) with adhesive tape.
2. Mark hole (arrow A).

   Dimensions:

   a = 200 mm

   b = 75 mm

3. Position velcro strip (3) on previously marked hole (arrow A), align and mark remaining holes according to velcro strip (3).

   Velcro strip (3) must be aligned at a right angle to reference edge (arrow B).

4. Remove velcro strip (3).
5. Drill marked holes with dia. 6 mm.

6. Fasten velcro strip (3) with expansion rivets (4) on trunk recess trim (2).

   Use expansion rivets (4) with dia. 6 mm. Expansion rivets (4) are included in scope of delivery.

7. Fasten CA Module Card reader (1) to trunk recess trim (2) by means of velcro strip (3).
8. Mark hole (arrow C) for electrical wiring harness passage for CA Module Card reader (1).
9. Remove CA Module Card reader (1).
10. Drill marked hole (arrow C) with dia. 6 mm.

11. Cut in previously drilled hole (arrow C) approx. 4 mm at four points (dashed lines).
