Install Outer Rear Wheel Well - Ar63.10-P-0670-06LWR

Model 205.4 

The following steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage.

1. Apply sealant to foam part in crosshatched area (area A).
2. Apply 2-component adhesive in crosshatched area on body (area B).

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

3. Install rear outer wheel well (1) and fit.
4. Install window ledge reinforcement and fit.
5. Install rear fender and fit.
6. Install trunk lid.
7. Install soft top compartment lid.
8. Install rear lamp.
9. Install striker eye.
10. Install seal.
11. Check and adjust gap dimensions.
12. Fix outer rear wheel well (1) in place.
13. Remove seal.
14. Remove striker eye.
15. Remove tail lamp.
16. Remove soft top compartment lid.
17. Remove trunk lid.
18. Remove rear fender.
19. Remove window ledge reinforcement.
20. Outer rear wheel well (1) (areas C).
21. Outer rear wheel well (1) so (area D).
22. Bend over sheet metal lugs (arrows)
