Prepare Spare Tire Well - Ar64.20-P-1245-02LWR

1. Clean bonding surface on spare wheel well (1) in cross hatched area and prime.

   Observe preliminary treatment of bonding surface.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

2. Grind mating surface on rear spare wheel well (2) in cross hatched area.

   Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

3. Remove grinding dust.
4. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
