1. Install rear wall (1) and crossmember (2), fit and fix in place.
2. Rear wall (1) and crossmember (2) (area A).

3. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in rear wall (1) (areas C, D and E).

   Drill rivet holes offset to impact nails in body (areas C).

   Drill rivet holes through present holes in body (areas E).

4. Remove rear wall (1).
5. Deburr rivet holes on rear wall (1) and body on both sides.
6. Remove drilling chips.
7. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint (areas D).

9. Apply 2-component adhesive to body in crosshatched areas.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

10. Install rear wall (1) and fix in place.
11. Rivet rear wall panel (1) with Ø 6.5x12, 5 (areas F₁ ).
12. Rivet rear wall (1) with Ø 6.4x12 rivets (areas F₂ and F₃ ).

14. Install right gusset plate (3), fit and fix in place.
15. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in right gusset plate (3) (areas H and I).

    Drill rivet holes offset to impact nails in body (areas H).

16. Remove right gusset plate (3).
17. Deburr rivet holes on right gusset plate (3) and body on both sides.
18. Remove drilling chips.
19. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint (areas I).
20. Apply 2-component adhesive to body in crosshatched areas.

    Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

21. Install right gusset plate (3) and fix in place.
22. Rivet right gusset plate (3) with Ø 6.5x12.5 rivets (area J₁ ).
23. Rivet right gusset plate (3) with Ø 6.4x12 rivets (areas J₂ ).
24. Rivet right gusset plate (3) with Ø 6.5x12.5 rivet from top (area J₃ ).
25. Right gusset plate (3) (areas K).

26. Install right gusset plate (4), fit and fix in place.
27. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes on left gusset plate (4) (areas L and M).
28. Deburr rivet holes left gusset plate (4) and body on both sides.

    Drill rivet holes offset to impact nails in body (areas L).

29. Remove left gusset plate (4).
30. Remove drilling chips.
31. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint (areas M).
32. Apply 2-component adhesive to body in crosshatched areas.

    Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

33. Install left gusset plate (4) and fix in place.
34. Rivet left gusset plate (4) with Ø 6.5x12.5 rivets (area N₁ ).
35. Rivet left gusset plate (4) with Ø 6.4x12 rivets (areas N ₂ ).
36. Rivet left gusset plate (4) with Ø 6.5x12.5 rivet from top (area N₃ ).
37. Left gusset plate (4) (areas O).
