Lock Soft Top With Emergency Actuation - AR77.30-P-0999-01LWR

Lock rear soft top mechanical components, shown on Model 205.4 

1. Press soft top bow (1) and soft top compartment lid (2) on outer left and right down with aid of helper until the soft top mechanism is locked on both sides.

   It is necessary that the soft top bow (1) and the soft top compartment lid (2) are pressed down while performing operation steps 2 to 5.

2. Insert Allen wrench (3) on one side from inside toward outside through hexagon socket in bellcrank (4).

   An Allen wrench (3) with a size of 6 mm is required.

3. Position suitable tool (5) between Allen wrench (3) and bolt (6) as shown and push in direction of arrow (A) until soft top mechanism is locked.
4. Remove Allen wrench (3) and suitable tool (5).
5. Repeat operation steps 2 to 4 on opposite side.

   Lock front soft top lock, shown on Model 205.4 

6. Turn shaft (7) on soft top lock drive (8) clockwise with suitable tool until soft top lock is locked.
