Partially Separate Side Wall Reinforcement - Ar63.20-P-0861-01LWR

Model 205.4 

The following steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage.

1. Mark separating point on side wall reinforcement (4) and cut (area A).

   The separation point is freely selectable according to the damage.

   Observe standard series production joining and bonded connections.

2. Remove side wall reinforcement (4).

3. Grind mating surface down to bare metal in crosshatched area.
4. Remove grinding dust.
