Retrofit Holder For CA Module Card Reader - AZ82.60-P-0032-02LW

1. Mask area for attachment of CA Module Card reader bracket to trunk recess paneling (2) with Velcro strip.
2. 1. 2.1 Model 205.0 (except 205.012/047/086/087), 205.2 (except 205.212/286/287), 205.3 (except 205.386/387) Mark hole (arrow A).

      Dimensions:

      a = 225 mm

      b = 50 mm

   2. 2.2 Model

      205.012/086/087/212/286/287/386/387

      Mark hole (arrow A).

      Dimensions:

      a 135 mm

      b = 50 mm

3. Place Velcro strip (3) at previously marked hole (arrow A), align and mark remainder of holes in line with the strip (3).

   The Velcro strip (3) must be aligned at a right angle to the reference edge (arrow B).

4. Remove Velcro strip (3).
5. Drill marked holes with 6 mm Ø.

6. Affix Velcro strip (3) with the expansion rivets (4) to the trunk recess paneling (2).

   Use expansion rivets (4) with a Ø of 6 mm. The expansion rivets (4) are included in the scope of delivery.

7. Affix CA Module Card reader (1) to trunk recess paneling (2) using Velcro strips (3).
8. Mark hole (arrow C) for guiding electrical wiring harness for CA Module Card reader (1).
9. Remove CA Module Card reader (1).
10. Drill marked hole (arrow C) with 6 mm Ø.

11. Cut into previously drilled hole (arrow C), approx. 4 mm, four times (broken lines).
