1. Expose spot welds on the rear roof frame (1) and cut out (area B).
2. Remove rear roof frame (1).

3. Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in the cross-hatched areas (area E).

   Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

4. Remove grinding dust and drill chips.
5. Apply zinc dust paint to insides of spot weld flanges. (Area E).
