Prepare Front Roof Frame For Installation - Ar65.20-P-1006-04MFA

1. Grind mating surfaces on front roof frame (1) down to bare metal in cross-hatched areas.

   Grind spot weld flanges down to bare metal on both sides.

2. Drill rivet holes with Ø 6.7 mm on mounting support (2) and countersink (area C).

   Transfer holes from old part.

3. Grind mating surfaces on mounting support (2) down to bare metal in the cross-hatched areas.

   Grind spot weld flanges down to bare metal on both sides.

4. Remove shavings and drill chips.
5. Apply zinc dust paint to insides of spot weld flanges.
