Install side roof paneling (1) and center roof paneling and fit with spacers and feeler gauge.

Install side roof paneling(1) and rear roof paneling and fit with spacer blocks and feeler gauge.

Remove side roof paneling(1) and center roof paneling.

Remove side roof paneling(1) and rear roof paneling.

Sealant shall be applied to foam part (arrow).
Install side roof paneling (1) and fix in place.
Remove spacer blocks.

Side roof paneling (1) (area H₁ , H₂ and H₃ ).
Inert gas weld in intervals and allow welding area to cool down in between. Reduces heat distortion.
Surface grind inert gas welds on the side roof paneling (1) (area H₁ , H₂ and H₃ ).
Clean welds on side roof paneling (1).
Tin surfaces on the side roof paneling (1) with a body solder or spackle with basic body filler and grind off (area H₁ , H₂ and H ₃ ).
Remove solder residues or grinding dust.
