| 3 | Remove screws (8) and remove suspension strut tower connecting strut (9). | Model 118, 177 with engine 139 with code M20 (Displacement 2.0 liter) Model 118, 177 with engine 260 with code M016 (Uprated engine) Only release and tighten screws (8) of suspension strut tower connecting strut (9) when the vehicle is standing on its wheels. Otherwise, the suspension will be under tension and this will affect the camber. |

| 5 | Unclip electrical connectors (2) from cover of air/water duct (1), unhook electric lines from retaining clamps (7) and place to one side. | ||
| 6 | Remove nuts (3). | ||
| 7 | Release holders (4) and remove cover of air/water duct (1). | ||
| 8 | Install in the reverse order. |
