Remove/Install Cigarette Lighter - AR54.10-P-0030MFA

Topical note	Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge		AH54.00-P-0001-01A
	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m).
2	Open stowage compartment.	Model 243 with code 301 (Ashtray package)
3	Remove insert (1) from front cigarette lighter with ashtray illumination (R3).
4	Use pull-off device (2) to release catch hooks on the front cigarette lighter with ashtray illumination (R3) and pull out far enough to gain access to the electrical connector.	Do not crush or kink or subject electric lines to tension. This will result in damage to the electric lines and can impair their function.

5	Release and disconnect electrical connector then remove front cigarette lighter with ashtray illumination (R3).
6	Install in the reverse order.
