Disconnect/Connect Transmission Oil Line - AR27.10-P-0501-03CW

Remove securing clamp (2a) from connector (2) 

NOTES The area around the connecting point must be thoroughly cleaned before opening the oil line (1).

Even the smallest dirt particles can lead to malfunctions in the hydraulic components and to total failure of the hydraulic system.

  1. Release dust cap (3) and push back along oil line (1) until connector (2) is accessible.
  2. Position a suitable tool (e g hook) at one end of the retaining clamp (2a) and pull the retaining clamp (2a) off the connector (2)

    Disconnect oil line (1) 

  3. Pull oil line (1) out of connector (2)

    IMPORTANT Seal oil line (1) using SPECIAL TOOL stop plug.

  4. Pull off dust cap (3) from oil line (1).

    Attach securing clamp (2a) to connector (2) 

    NOTES The safety clamp (2a) must not be pushed straight over the connector (2).

    The securing clamp (2a) will otherwise be overstretched and a correct sealing of the line connection can no longer be assured.

    IMPORTANT The safety clamp (2a) must be replaced after every disconnection of an oil line (1).

  5. Introduce one end of the safety clamp (2a) into a cutout (2b) on the connector (2).
  6. Push retaining clamp (2a) in the direction of the arrow until the retaining clamp (2a) clicks into place in the connector (2).

    Plug oil line (1) onto connector (2) 

    IMPORTANT The dust cap (3) must be replaced after every disconnection of an oil line (1).

  7. Push dust cap (3) onto oil line (1).
  8. Introduce oil line (1) straight into the connector (2) until it audibly and noticeable latches.
  9. Push dust cap (3) onto the connector (2) until it latches and can turn freely.

    IMPORTANT If the dust cap (3) cannot be pushed over the connection, the oil line (1) is not fully latched into the connector (2) or the securing clamp (2a) is overstretched.
