	Removing
	Risk of injury  to skin or eyes caused by hydraulic fluid spraying out under high Pressure. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing hydraulic fluid	Depressurize hydraulic system completely before starting any work on system. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS00.00-Z-0013-01A
		Before opening the hydraulic circuit of the Power steering, thoroughly clean the surrounding area of the separation point. Even minute particles of dirt, introduced into the hydraulic components, can result in malfunctions and damage to the Power steering.
1	Turn off engine
2	Open engine hood and raise to vertical position		AR88.40-P-1000V
3	Remove the left engine intake air duct	Engine 113, 272
4	Remove upper engine cover	Engine 276, 651
5	Remove cap (1) from oil reservoir (2)	Press the cap (1) downwards and turn counterclockwise through 90°.
6	Wipe off oil dipstick (1a) using a fluff-free rag and seal the oil reservoir (2) with cap (1)	Press the cap (1) downwards and turn clockwise through 90°.
	Checking
7	Remove the cap (1) again and read off the oil level on the oil dipstick (1a), correct the oil level if necessary	Press the cap (1) downwards and turn counterclockwise through 90°. Hold oil dipstick (1a) in vertical position. The oil level must be located on the maximum marking corresponding to the oil temperature. If oil level is too high, extract steering gear oil down to maximum mark. If oil level is too low, determine cause and eliminate subject to a separate repair order.	*BF46.20-P-1001-01A
	Install
8	Seal oil reservoir (2) using cap (1)	Press the cap (1) downwards and turn clockwise through 90°.
9	Install left engine intake air duct	Engine 113, 272
10	Install upper engine cover	Engine 276, 651 Only install upper engine cover after completing all maintenance operations.
11	Close engine hood		AR88.40-P-1000V
