| 1 | Disconnect ground line | AR54.10-P-0003W | |
| 2 | Remove right front wheel | ||

| 3 | Detach right front fender liner in rear area | ||
| 4 | Pull fender liner forward so that inerting system parts can be accessed | ||
| 5 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (6) of gas cartridge (1) and unclip electric line from bracket (arrow A) | ||
| 6 | Remove clip (2) of engine compartment inerting line (3) from gas cartridge (1) | ||
| 7 | Expose engine compartment inerting line (3) at brackets (arrows B) | ||
| 8 | Unscrew nuts (5) | Model 172 with engine 276 with code 2U8 (Alternative refrigerant) Nut, pressure medium reservoir to body |

| 9 | Remove gas cartridge (1) with bracket | ||
| 10 | Install in the reverse order |
