Install Additional Fan For COMAND® - AN82.85-P-0005-01W

1. Guide air intake duct (1) through slot of COMAND® controller unit into instrument panel in direction of arrow.

   The air intake duct (1) must be guided upward between slot of COMAND® controller unit and air conditioner housing.

2. Position air intake duct (1), as shown, and clip guide (1.1) into slot (9) of COMAND® controller unit.
3. Insert air intake duct (1) in upper section into opening in slot (9) of COMAND® controller unit.
4. Insert COMAND® fan motor (M4/13) into guides on air intake duct (1) and twist to the left.
5. Align COMAND® fan motor (M4/13) with attachment points (arrows A) and secure with screws/bolts (10).

6. Slide air exhaust duct (2) onto COMAND® fan motor (M4/13) and clip into lower section (arrow C) of slot (9) of COMAND® controller unit.
7. Route wiring harness (11) of COMAND® fan motor (M4/13), as shown, through opening (arrow B) to bracket (9.1).
8. Clip white 4-pin connector (11.1) into bracket (9.1).
