Remove/Install Front Door Lining - AR72.10-P-1000W

	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being pinched or crushed  when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lids, liftgates or sliding roof	Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1	Completely open crank window (2).
2	Unclip cover (3) with extraction hook	Pulling hook	Fig 2
3	Unclip airbag badge (4)	Mounting wedge	Fig 1
4	Unclip trim strip (5)	Mounting wedge	Fig 1
5	Remove bolts (6)	TORX screwdriver T25
6	Unclip door lining (1) from mounting clips (7) on front door (8)	Move assembly wedge directly to mounting clips (7) and ensure that the retaining tabs on the mounting clips (7) do not tear out of the door lining (1). Mounting wedge	Fig 1
7	Horizontally loosen door lining (1) to side from front door (8). Guide lock button (9) out of door lining (1).	Detach door liner (1) from front door (8) until electrical connectors (10) on left door control unit (N69/1) or right door control unit (N69/2), electrical connector (11) or inside door opener Bowden cable (12) are accessible. : Ensure that door lining (1) is seated correctly in inner sealing frame.
8	Disconnect electrical connectors (10) from left door control unit (N69/1) or right door control unit (N69/2)
	Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge		AH54.00-P-0001-01A
9	Disconnect electrical connector (11)
10	Unhook inside door opener Bowden cable (12) from inner door handle (13).
11	Remove door lining (1)
12	Install in the reverse order
